TERHUNE ORCHARDS COOKBOOK

There are many orchards and farms in New Jersey, but what makes Terhune Orchards different is their community involvement and their sustainable practices. They have all sorts of events and community projects at their orchard, both for adults and kids. Their weekly newsletter is always chock-full of good growing advice as well as great seasonal recipes. This book was to be a culmination of years of their quips, stories, advice and recipes seperated by what they grow for each season.

Unfortunately, the orchard didn't have the budget to see the project realized, but much time and work was dedicated to trying to make this a reality.
